Customers have thirty (30) days from the date of delivery or service completion to initiate a return request. Return requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our contact form. We reserve the right to refuse returns initiated after the specified return period.
For services that have already been rendered, returns are subject to different terms outlined in the service agreement. Decoration services that have been installed may have limited return options due to the customized nature of the work.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Decorative items that have been installed or used may have limited return eligibility.
Unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or incorrect item shipped, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the return is the result of our mistake, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. In cases where we provide prepaid return labels, we reserve the right to deduct the cost from your refund if the item is returned in a condition that does not meet our return requirements.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
